“I was very scared of introducing other foods into my diet especially more calorie dense foods like ice cream or a glass of wine. I overcame this by allowing myself treats like this in moderation and focusing on how food makes me feel instead of what is wrong and what is right.”

“Mentally it will always be a struggle. But instead of bullying myself, I just continue to follow the SW plan even when I had a tough weekend.”
