Ingredients:

100g tuna in brine

20g diced onion

80g cauliflower rice

2x crackerbread
-
5ml lemon juice
-
lemon pepper
-
5ml balsamic vinegar
Method:

Add tuna and onion into a bowl
-
Add cooked cauliflower rice to the bowl
-
Crush crackerbread finely adding to the mixture
-
Add lemon juice, lemon pepper and balsamic vinegar

Once the ingredients are combined divide the mixture and press into individual circular cakes

Place the cakes into in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

If you do not have an air fryer you can use an oven
