Ingredients:

1 tsp curry powder

¼ chopped garlic

pepper

salt

2 tsp vinegar

50g veggies of your choice

100g piece of fish

1x onion
-
½ Crackerbread as thickener
Method:

Cut the fish into pieces and set aside for later

Cut the onion into rings
-
Brown the onion with spray and cook in a pot
-
Add vinegar, curry powder, salt, pepper, garlic

Add Crackerbread as a thickener
-
Let it thicken then add the fish

Simmer until cooked

Serve with veggies of your choice
