Lucelle Kruger shares her journey, “It’s more than just weight loss, it’s about wanting to live healthier”

Lucelle Kruger (50), a mother of one from Boksburg, reached a tipping point when she realized she had been neglecting her health and was unhappy with herself.

She found herself lacking enthusiasm and energy after attempting various other diets.

She heard about the Slender Wonder Programme from a friend, Susan Jansen van Rensburg, and after hearing and seeing the amazing outcomes, she chose to speak with Dr. Sharon Lion-Cachet of Breezology (an accredited Slender Wonder Doctor) and begin her journey.

Lucelle found the program uplifting; with each kilo she lost, she found herself with a new sense of determination and perseverance. She appreciated the simple guidelines and diet plan and said that Dr. Sharon was her rock. With each weigh-in, she motivates you and keeps you on track.

It’s an incredible feeling when you achieve the 20kg mark and have the desire to continue going.

She stated that, while she did encounter some challenging moments, what set Slender Wonder apart for her was its stability. She has so far lost 23.5kg and is still going strong.

As Lucelle shed kilos, she realized that this journey is about more than just losing weight; it’s about wanting to live a healthier life and maintain a healthy weight. Lucelle is now much fitter, with more energy and zest for life; your mindset changes when you feel healthier, and she is even taking part in sports.

She said she would recommend the program to anyone who wants to change their lives and feel better about themselves and life in general. “I never want to gain weight or experience those feelings again”.

When asked if she had any words of wisdom for someone who is struggling with their weight, she answered, Decide, what you want, put your mind to it, food is just a taste, and you can taste again once you achieve your goal. Anyway, you won’t miss it, I did it for me even though for others it may be an issue”.
