Juanita, 30,  from Tzaneen, Limpopo, a mother and debtors administrator, had faced her share of weight-related challenges but decided to make a change when her health began to suffer.

Juanita reached a turning point when she found herself struggling to breathe during a simple walk to the bathroom. It was a moment of realization that her health was at stake, and she needed to take action.

Like many people, she cited her love for food as one of the primary factors contributing to her weight gain. Indulging in her passion for food led to an increase in weight and health concerns.
