“I was never one to devour sweets or takeaways all the time, I guess, with my family around, the way I was preparing food had a big influence. You know, the typical mashed beans, baked potatoes, rice, and meat. The pastas and the bread. So, when I look back at it, the carbs I was consuming were the biggest factor.”

“My next appointment is in a few days and I can feel I have shook a bit more off, it is unreal to me as my personal goal was 85kg which I was able to reach in only 4 months”.
