Lonita,48, from Pretoria North, embarked on a life-changing journey to transform her health and reclaim her life. “I love eating, I am not a picky eater, and I eat everything. I usually eat when I am relaxing with a book, but during a camping holiday in January 2023, I saw photos of myself.”

“It was a very humble learning experience for me. In my wildest dreams, I never thought that I could ever weigh in the 60 kg’s again. One of the most challenging aspects of the program was the requirement to drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Lonita struggled to maintain adequate water intake throughout the day, especially during winter. The Slender Wonder water enhancers became her lifesaver, and she continues to use them.

“I am not that irritable anymore. I have more patience with myself and the people around me. When I look in the mirror and feel good about my outer appearance, I feel I can conquer anything that comes my way during the day.”

She plans to stick to her exercise routine and eat healthily during the week while allowing herself treats on the weekends. She is committed to losing any regained weight by reducing portion sizes and returning to the Go Moderate phase of the Slender Wonder program.
