Want to be healthy?  Trying to lose weight? 

Drink water!   That is one of the basic non-negotiable principles in the journey to health and weight loss. Water is critical for a fully functional metabolism.   Drink a glass before meals to help you feel fuller.

Effective exercising

Drinking water during exercise helps prevent dehydration.

When you are well hydrated, you can exercise longer and stronger without "hitting the wall."

Energy Booster

Dehydration makes you feel tired.  If you're feeling drained and depleted, start off by drinking.  Water is essential to help the heart pump blood more effectively to transport oxygen and other essential nutrients to the cells. 

Stress & Water

The brain consist 70% to 80% out of water. If you're dehydrated, your body and your mind are stressed.  If you're feeling thirsty, you're already a little dehydrated.  Keep a glass of water at your desk or carry a sports bottle and sip regularly.

Water Reduces Kidney Stones

The rate of painful kidney is rising. Not drinking enough water is a major cause of kidney stones.  If constantly dehydrated, the concentrated urine will form crystals (kidney stones) from the salts and minerals in the urine.

Nourish the Skin

Fine lines and wrinkles are more visible when you are dehydrated. Drinking water hydrates skin cells and plumps them up, making your face look younger.  Water also flushes out impurities and improves circulation and blood flow.
