Recipe - Slender Wonder Apple Muffins

**Please note these portions are based on Simeon B, adjust the portions according to the phase you are on.**
 
Ingredients:
  • 1x apple
  • 2x eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tsp sweetener
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon
  • 2x crushed Crackerbread
Method:
  1. Peel and core one apple
  2. Grate the apple and set aside for later
  3. Place one egg and whites from another in a bowl
  4. Add salt, sweetener and cinnamon to the egg mixture
  5. Add the crushed Crackerbread to the mixture
  6. Now add in the grated apple
  7. Mix ingredients until combined 
  8. Place mixture in a muffin pan
  9. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
  10. Serve and enjoy!
