The weight loss has also boosted her confidence. “I now shop for smaller clothes and feel beautiful,” she adds. Looking ahead, Priscilla aims to maintain her weight at or below 59 kg. “I weigh myself twice a week and return to the program if needed,” she says. Her focus is on making healthy choices and staying positive to preserve her achievements.
